  3. Uniwersytet Szczeciński wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych (IOD), z którym można się skontaktować pisząc na adres: iod@usz.edu.pl lub pisząc na adres: dite@usz.edu.pl z dopiskiem „IOD”
  4. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu rejestracji na konferencję DITE – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest niezbędność do realizacji celów wynikających z prawnie uzasadnionych interesów realizowanych przez Uniwersytet Szczeciński (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) ). Prawnie uzasadnionym celem przetwarzania jest wykorzystanie informacji w celu przesłania informacji i kontaktu z uczestnikiem konferencji.
  5. Odbiorcą danych będzie Dział Spraw Międzynarodowych Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego.
  6. Dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu rejestracji na konferencję DITE będą przetwarzane do czasu zgłoszenia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania.
  7. Osoba podająca swoje dane ma prawo żądania od Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego: a) sprostowania danych; b) usunięcia danych; c) ograniczenia przetwarzania danych.
  8. Osoba udostępniająca swoje dane ma prawo wnieść sprzeciw – z przyczyn związanych z jej szczególną sytuacją – wobec przetwarzania danych na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO (przesłanka konieczności przetwarzanie do celów wynikających z prawnie uzasadnionych interesów realizowanych przez Uniwersytet Szczeciński).
  9. Osobie udostępniającej swoje dane przysługuje prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
  10. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale wymagane przez Uniwersytet Szczeciński i niezbędne w celu rejestracji na konferencję DITE.

  3. The University of Szczecin has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted by writing to: iod@usz.edu.pl or by writing to: dite@usz.edu.pl, marked “DPO”

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of the DITE conference registration – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity to pursue purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the University of Szczecin (Article 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR). The lawful purpose of the processing is to use of information in order to send information and contact the participant of the conference.
  5. The recipient of the data will be the International Relations Department of the University of Szczecin.
  6. Personal data processed for the DITE conference registration will be processed until an objection to the processing is filed.
  7. The person providing their data has the right to demand from the University of Szczecin: a) rectification of data; b) erasure of data; c) restriction of data processing.
  8. The person providing their data has the right to object – on grounds related to his/her particular situation – to the processing of the data on the basis of Article 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR (the premise of the necessity of the processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the University of Szczecin).
  9. The person providing their data has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  10. Providing one’s data is voluntary, but required by the University of Szczecin and necessary for the purpose of registration for the DITE conference.

How to get to Szczecin?

You may easily reach our conference venue by trams 5,7 or 9 (Wawrzyniaka stop). Our mobile app may help you to navigate the city and the University of Szczecin as well. There are no parking places available at the venue and space along public streets may be limited.
